JFC AUSTRALIA CO PTY LTD (‘JFC Australia’) is committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return for unused items within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below. Our return policy is designed to ensure clear expectations while protecting our ability to deliver high-quality products.

Return Conditions and Process

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Returns are accepted only for unused, non-perishable items returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns of consumable goods are limited to faulty, unmerchantable or expired items, and approval is at the sole discretion of JFC Australia.
  2. Customer Responsibility and Delivery Instructions:
    Customers are advised to ensure that they or a designated representative are available to receive perishable or temperature-sensitive deliveries at the time of delivery to avoid any compromises to product quality. JFC reserves the right to refuse responsibility for items left unattended at the customer’s request in areas where appropriate temperature conditions are not assured.
  3. Non-Liability for Refrigerated Product Storage Instructions:
    JFC Australia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration in product quality if the customer or their agent instructs JFC or its delivery personnel to leave perishable, refrigerated, or frozen items in an environment that does not maintain required refrigeration or freezing temperatures. JFC’s responsibility for the quality of perishable products extends only to those instances where the delivery is received by the customer directly or stored immediately in a suitable temperature-controlled environment as specified in the product guidelines.
  4. Return Authorisation Required
    Returns without prior authorisation from JFC Australia are strictly prohibited. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or credited under any circumstances. To initiate a return, please contact your sales representative for written authorisation.
  5. Return Window
    All return claims must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received beyond this period will not be accepted unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  6. Inspection Process
    All authorised returns are subject to inspection by JFC Australia upon receipt. Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered and in original, undamaged packaging. Damaged or altered items may be refused or subject to a partial refund at the discretion of JFC Australia.
  7. Damaged or Defective Goods
    If an item is damaged or defective upon delivery, JFC Australia may arrange for a replacement or a refund in line with Australian Consumer Law requirements. In such cases, please notify your driver, your sales representative, or JFC Australia customer service immediately. We will coordinate the pickup of the damaged goods.
  8. Refunds and Restocking Fees:
    Where applicable, a restocking fee may apply for returns due to customer change of mind. Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned goods. Refunds for authorised returns will be issued in the original form of payment.
